AUGUST 2015

NEW Karma Class in August!
Remembering Who You Truly Are with Jennifer Spence
Sundays, August 2nd, 9th, 16th & 23rd, 6:00-7:00pm

Yoga is a beautiful healing tool that assists us to remember our True Nature. As humans we are born from the Divine as perfect, compassionate, joyful, & loving beings but after time on this earth, cultural conditioning, and some heartache, we begin to forget. Our lenses become cloudy and we no longer can see who we truly are. Yoga not only heals our bodies and clears our minds but it re-connects us to our higher self. Practice with Jennifer utilizing a therapeutic Vinyasa Flow hybrid mix with Yin postures and Reiki to journey inward towards remembering who you truly are.
This class is offered in the spirit of community and service. All proceeds benefits Yoga Oceanside Philanthropic Programs. Suggested donation: $5 - $15 (or give what you can!)
