Caitlin Parsons, E-RYT-500

After suffering from chronic pain, anxiety and years working as a Dental Hygienist, Caitlin found her recovery in the practices of Yoga Therapy. Caitlin has studied with master teachers in many lineages, and combined with years of healing her own pain, has created a unique style of teaching which incorporates the breath, optimal movement in the body and deep relaxation. She is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Embodiment Coach.

Caitlin’s teaching, in group and individual sessions, offers you the opportunity to tune inward, slow down and calm the mind, and understand your body more intimately. Her focus is on bringing the body back into balance, both on and off the yoga mat, in a mindful and sustainable way.
