Katie’s excitement and love for life is infectious. Her playful yet calm demeanor are reflected in her teaching style. Having graduated from True Nature School of Yoga In 2015 she gained enthusiasm for both the physical and spiritual aspects of a yoga practice. Much of her inspiration comes from nature, traveling and the joy of slowing down. The yogic philosophies, the delight of breath, and the power of the mind stuff excite her as much as the asana poses. She’s looking forward to sharing a mindful and nurturing practice with you!
