Introductory Offer for New Students Only
In all of our classes at Yoga Oceanside, students are encouraged to practice at a pace led by their own breath to make each class safe and rewarding. Our teachers are well trained and will offer modifications for your body.
You will be asked to place your shoes and belongings in the cubbies provided in the lobby area. We advise leaving any valuables in your car or at home. Give your name to the front desk assistant and sign-in on the clipboard. If it is your first visit to the studio, you will be asked to fill out a waiver form. The front desk assistant will be able to answer any further questions you may have and you will be introduced to your teacher.
